The association of event producers (VVEM) was founded in 2001 as a trade association for professionals in the public event industry. The VVEM represents companies from all corners of the event industry, including organisers, location providers and suppliers. Quality, safety and professionalism are its pillars.
Board. secretariat and the knowledge center all indicate the importance of making good and safe events and are ready to help other professionals in the event industry achieve this.
The VWOH-E certification is an initiative to make working at height safer.
VWOH-E stands for “working safely at height-events”.The certificate is effective from November 1st 2019.
The certificate concerns:
- personal certification for people that work in companies that work at height
- independent contractors that work at height
- certification for companies that offer training in safely working at height.

Short introduction to the job of scaffolding assistant. Specifically aimed towards temporary workers with limited deployability.

1 day training in the basic principles of safely working at height. Information on equipment, hazard perception and workmethods. Theory and practice.
v.v.em level 3
Theory and practice of at height rescues. Hazard perception, rigging to rescue and multiple individual and group rescue methods. 5 day course.
