Spot-repair facade construction
WTC Amsterdam
- the use of conventional methods for access was impossible
- Public area could remain open
- Quick and efficient access to different locations
Triple layered coating system. Repair works on the facade, both interior and exterior. All work could be executed with only a minimum amount of nuisance for the general public.
Placement of fall protection netting
swimming pool
- Work was done at night, so the pool could stay open
- No need for scaffolding in the pool
- Mechanics on the roof did not need to wear fall protection gear
Fall protection netting was used in order to be able to replace glass roof window panes at a swimming pool.

Installation of sprinkler system

The insurance company had changed the conditions the building should meet. The capacity of the sprinkler system had to be expanded. Installing had to be done without shutting down the work process.
